The Beginning
Most of the structure of the actual building was built around the 60's, it had some flaws but nothing that could not be fixed, Morada Balbuena started as a project in 2020.
On the first stage of this project, we changed a little percentage of the previous structure for improving the space distribution and make it more cozy and effective.
The rennovation was managed by a lifetime experience architect, so we took in count every detail for creating a space that will fulfill every guest expectation.
The Concept
We chose this location because it's close to so many interesting spots to go around this area, we also took care of every detail while setting up.
The Morada ( house ) is a place where you have everything you need in one place.
